Sign up with the email you usually purchase Femalive products with. We’ll send you an email to activate your account.
How do I earn points?
You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent on all Femalive purchases at our site. You can also earn extra points by completing certain activities like leaving reviews and referring to a friend.
How do I use my points?
You can redeem free products and specials in the Rewards Store. We’ll be revealing new exciting rewards all the time, so you’ll always have new options to spend your points on.
How do I redeem my points for rewards?
You need to spend over $90 to redeem a reward from the Rewards Store. Free products are only available to add to your order on one time purchase or first time subscriptions (not recurring subscription orders). Free products cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other discount.
Can I redeem free products with my subscription order?
You cannot redeem free products in conjunction with subscription orders. Free products from the Femalive Rewards Store can only be redeemed by making a purchase over $90 in the online store. However, your subscription will still contribute to your points balance and tier.
Do Femalive Reward points ever expire?
Yes they will expire 12 months from the date you earn them.
What are the different Femalive rewards tiers and how do I achieve them?
There are four different tiers: Silver, Gold, Elite and Platinum You can quality as a Silver member by simply signing up to Femalive Rewards. To become a Gold Member, you’ll need to spend an total value of $250 within 12 months of signing up for Femalive Rewards. Your status is valid for a 12 month period. To become an Elite Member, you’ll need to spend an total value of $700 within 12 months of signing up for Femalive Rewards. Your status is valid for a 12 month period. To become a Platinum Member, you’ll need to spend an total value of $2000+ within 12 months of signing up for Femalive Rewards. Your status is valid for a 12 month period.
How do I maintain my tier?
To main your tier status, you need to meet the minimum spend for your tier within 365 days of qualifying for that tier.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes, we do. Your friend will enjoy a 10% off their first purchase and you will receive a 10% off voucher for every successful referral. To successfully refer a friend, you need to create or already have a Femalive Rewards account, then, enter your friend’s email address in the “Refer a frend” section of your logged in Femalive Rewards page. Your friend must be new to Femalive (never purchased online with us before) and must place an order through your unique referral link.
What are the member-only bonuses?
Our members will have exclusive access to bonuses include things like: gifts, special deals and offers. The higher your tier is, the more regular and high-value bonuses you can expect.
